“Asked for too many documents some of them completely unnecessary. E.g. a signed letter explaining why my employer's bonus has chaned! Or rejecting my Goldman Sachs Apple Savings statement because it doesn't have my address… Also, the loan was initially quoted at a lower rate, and after I paid the appraisal fee, they said we made a mistake on your property type, and need to increase the rate…”
