“Justin was absolutely fantastic, as was Monique – my problems were strictly with the underwriting department and the documents that were not required in the state of NJ – to ask for a document of good standing on an LLC that was just formed days prior, or an Operating Agreement on a 2 member LLC is ridiculous . Both of these documents cost me almost $750 that I wouldnt have needed to spend with another lender . Lesson learned, but again Justin and Monique were top notch , no complaints about them.”
