“Allied Mortgage helped me with my refinancing needs when several other lenders were not helpful due to my DTI. I was going to give up trying but I thought of taking one more chance when I heard the voicemail offer from Steven Galin. I have dealt with very many lenders and loan officers over the years but no one can top Steven. He is very knowledgeable and really took time to educate me and explain the process clearly, and I also had much vicariously learning along the way. In addition, he patiently explored several options until he found a plan that was practically tailor made and worked very well for me. I went through several refinancing processes in the past several years, and I often found it quite tedious and sometimes frustrating. However, I never experienced any of that in dealing with Steven. He kept me informed with frequent updates both by phone and email and I always knew what to expect. I actually found the whole process to be exciting and fun because I knew he was helping me reach my goal and very graciously too. I was a bit sad when we came to closing only because the phone calls were ending. I cannot say enough about how good Allied Mortgage was to me because to me Allied Mortgage is Steven Galin. “After starting out with another mortgage broker and dealing with slow response times it was recommended that I reach out to Sam. He got back to me on Sunday of memorial day weekend! Sam told me what was needed and I quickly got that over to him. He managed to have a pre-approval ready to go within hours if not one hour. He communicated with all agents in a timely manner which got our offer accepted! My only problem was not starting out with Sam. Because it took so long to get the offer accepted(other brokers fault) we had to adjust our offer because another one came in. Sam guided us through the process and answered all calls and texts very promptly. When we go to move again he will be among the first calls made. I highly recommend him to anyone and will definitely do what I can to send more business his way.”
