“What made the experience great was the professional way that Rosemarie explained the whole process to me and how sharp she was with getting all the paperwork together in order for me to get to the next step. I believe her character played a major influence because of the way she helped me along with her verbal communication skills allowed the journey to be as smooth as the acual word in the dictionary.
