“After starting out with another mortgage broker and dealing with slow response times it was recommended that I reach out to Sam. He got back to me on Sunday of memorial day weekend! Sam told me what was needed and I quickly got that over to him. He managed to have a pre-approval ready to go within hours if not one hour. He communicated with all agents in a timely manner which got our offer accepted! My only problem was not starting out with Sam. Because it took so long to get the offer accepted(other brokers fault) we had to adjust our offer because another one came in. Sam guided us through the process and answered all calls and texts very promptly. When we go to move again he will be among the first calls made. I highly recommend him to anyone and will definitely do what I can to send more business his way.”
